On June 14th, 2020, Howard E. Chaplinski, beloved husband to Heather Chaplinski; devoted father to Howard E. Chaplinski Jr., Morgan Chaplinski, and Makayla Chapinski; cherished brother to Vanessa Chaplinski and Angela Alvarez. Howard is also survived by many loving nieces, friends, and family. dear son to Ted Mills and the late Sandra Mills.

Family will receive visitors at the Connelly Funeral Home of Dundalk on Friday from 3-5 & 7-9 PM. A funeral service celebrating Howard's life will be held on Saturday morning at 10 AM at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Oak Lawn Cemetery.
