On July 18, 2019, Howard L. Norris Sr., "Butts", loving companion to Ann Stratemeyer; cherished son of the late John Norris Sr. and Evelyn Norris; devoted father of Howard L. Norris Jr. and his wife Nancy, Timothy B. Norris and his wife Christina, and Troy L. Stratemeyer and his wife Tracy; caring grandfather of Brooks Norris and the late Kelly Norris, and great-grandfather of Casey Lentz; dear brother of Darlene and Evelyn.

Family will receive visitors at the Connelly Funeral Home of Dundalk on Monday from 2-4 & 6-8 PM.
