John J. Smith, Jr.

John J. Smith Jr peacefully passed away in Hospice at his brother Donald's home in Joppa, MD at the age of 81. John is the son of deceased John J. Smith, Sr. and Frances Petroski. He is survived by Son Douglas Smith, wife Diane & grandsons Kyle and Douglas Jr.; Son John D. Smith; Daughter April Smith Zeauskas, husband Christopher & granddaughters Abigail and Emily; Son Daniel Smith, wife Jessica & grandchildren Caleb, Cameron and Penelope; Sister Carolyn Smith Goodwin and husband Scott; Brother Donald Smith, wife Dianne & Niece Brianna. John is also survived by many cousins and their families.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 16, 2023 from 2:00-5:00 PM and 7:00-9:00 PM at Connelly Funeral Home of Dundalk, 7110 Sollers Point Rd., 21222. There will be a memorial celebration at 7:30pm for family and friends to share stories of John. A funeral mass will be held on Wednesday, May 17, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Saint Rita's Catholic Church, 3 Dunmanway, Dundalk 21222. Interment Service will be held immediately following the Funeral Service at Holy Rosary Cemetery, 7305 German Hill Rd., Dundalk 21222.
