Joyce DeCarlo

Joyce Louise DeCarlo, 80, (nee Phillips) of Essex, Md. Passed away peacefully on February 19, 2021.

Joyce is predeceased by her parents Milton and Grace Phillips and her loving husband of 44 years, William DeCarlo Sr.

She is survived by her children Stacie Zazzetta and her husband Guido and William DeCarlo Jr. and his wife, Stacy.

She is also survived by her brother Thomas Phillips and sister in law, Shirley Phillips.  Joyce had four grandchildren Gino and Miranda Zazzetta and Gianna and Alessia DeCarlo.

Joyce was loved and will be missed by her friends and extended family.

If you come here on Wednesday don't cry you see. I've just baked a cake for my Bill and me.

The family will receive friends at the Connelly Funeral Home of Dundalk, 7110 Sollers Point Rd. on Wednesday from 4-8pm.  A funeral service for Joyce will be held on Thursday 11am at the funeral home.  Interment to follow at Oak Lawn Cemetery.
