Joyce Tolley

On December 23, 2022, Jocelyn (Joyce) Lottie Tolley went home to be with the Lord. Joyce was the beloved wife of Thomas L. Tolley, devoted mother to Jerry, Steven and Troy and their spouses. Loving grandmother to 12 grandchildren and adoring great grandmother to 20 great grandchildren. Caring sister to Francis Dean Mull and his wife Pat, the late Charles, Jack, Ron and Pat and her surviving husband Marion. Also many nieces, nephews, extended family and many special cherished friends near and far.

The family will receive friends at the Connelly Funeral Home of Dundalk, 7110 Sollers Point Rd. on Wednesday from 10-12 noon. At which time a funeral service for Joyce will be held. Interment to follow at Glen Haven Memorial Park.
