Karen Sue Meckley

Karen Sue Meckley, a beloved wife, mother and grandmother, passed away on October 1, 2023, at the age of 69. She was born on May 12, 1954, in Keyser, West Virginia, and resided in Dundalk, Maryland.

Karen was a devoted mother and doting grandmother. She is survived by her three loving sons, Wade Carter, Richard Tollison, and Kevin Edenton as well as her grandchildren-Macie, Kaila, Anthony, Billy, and Patrick. She is also survived by her brother Allen Ahern and her cherished friend Daryl Carter. Karen is predeceased by her husband, Walter Meckley, as well as her sister Lynn Oney.

Family will receive visitors at the Connelly Funeral Home of Dundalk on Sunday from 2-4 & 6-8 PM. A funeral service celebrating Karen's life will be held Monday morning at 11 AM. Interment will follow at Holly Hill Memorial Gardens.

Karen Sue Meckley will forever be remembered for her dedication, strength, and love for her family. She will be greatly missed, but her memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
