Kathryn Ann Foulke

On October 23, 2020, Kathryn Ann Foulke (nee Williams), born on March 3, 1951 on H Street in the company town of Sparrows Point, passed peacefully at her home. Kate is survived by her husband of 50 years, Wayne B. Foulke Sr. the love of her life. Kate was an awesome Mom to her three children Wayne Jr., and his partner Tanya McNew, Nicole Pennington, and her husband Bryan, and Joshua and his wife Kate. G-mom will always hold a special place in the hearts of her grandchildren: Gabrielle (Dennis), Katelyn (Matt), Jordan, William, Makenzie, Logan, Mason, Beatrix, and Abraham. She was also a great G-mom to Averi, Wyatt, Andi, Kendall, Charlotte, Landon, Oliver, and Bailey. Kathy, as she was known to her family. She is survived by her siblings Roberta Wheeler and James Williams. She was preceded in death by her father James E. Williams, her mother Mildred (nee Wells), and her sister Elizabeth Holthaus.

Kate was a life-long resident of Sparrows Point and in her spare time enjoyed playing softball and horseshoes. She loved rooting for her Orioles and Ravens at regular Sunday fun-days with her family and friends. Kate also enjoyed her frequent "bowling" adventures with her best girls.

As Mom and G-mom, she was very involved in her children's and grandchildren's daily lives, offering help, guidance, and motherly wisdom whenever she could. She made every holiday memorable and raised the bar on what it means to be a family matriarch.

Kate has left behind an amazing legacy and an unforgettable mark on everyone's hearts. Never forget: "Buy the shoes.", "Farts are funny.",
"Ab-So-Lutely.", and especially, her use of a wide variety of colorful descriptive words.

Per Kate's wishes, there will be no formal memorial service. Her family and friends will continue to carry on her enjoyment and passion for all the best things in life.

What a great ride! She had the best time.
