Katie Lynn Barcikowski, is survived by her beloved fiancé Ben Powers, loving daughter of Terry Barcikowski (nee Yale), Joseph W. Barcikowski II, stepmother Adele Black; loving sister, Kelly Barcikowski; grandparents, Joseph & Anna Barcikowski; (predeceased Gordon & Eleanora Yale) future in-laws Mike & Deb Powers; godmother, Dee Eyster with husband, William Eyster; godfather, Frederick Herbster; aunts and uncles, Michael & Debbie Barcikowski; Christopher & Kimberly Barcikowski; many cousins, 2nd cousins as well as many other family members and close friends . Also survived by her very supportive & dedicated CF team of many doctors, nurses, physical therapists; her wonderful work family and dedicated close personal friends. A funeral service to celebrate Katie's life will be held on Monday at 12 PM. Interment will follow at Sacred Heart of Jesus Cemetery.
