Lee Gordon Miles Jr.

It is with profound sadness that the family of Lee Gordon Miles Jr. announce his sudden, peaceful passing on November 1, 2020.

Lee will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 34 years, Hazel Miles (nee Ewing); his daughter Ashlee Miles (Ryan); and his son Bradlee Miles (Felicia); grandchildren Cole Lee and Leighanna Marie; his sister Melinda Thomas (Randy); his nephew Craig Thomas (Alessandra) and their children.

Lee is also survived by sister-in-laws Linda Schwartz (Frank), Vicki Bayne (Edward), Dorthea Ewing, Janet Wenczkowski (Norman); and other nieces and nephews Lori, David, Christina, Reggie, John, Craig, Jeff, Rashelle, Norman, and Jenna; and special nephew and friend Donald "Duck" Malamphy; and numerous great nieces and nephews. Lee was also a cherished friend to many.

Lee was pre-deceased by his parents Lee Sr. and Barbara (nee Hazelton); parents-in-law Carlisle and Hazel Ewing; sister-in-law Olga Warnick (Vernon).

Lee was a graduate of Dundalk High School, class of 1975. He was a proud retired steel worker at Bethlehem Steel. Most importantly, he was a dedicated husband, father, grandfather, and friend.

Family will receive visitors at the Connelly Funeral Home of Dundalk on Friday from 3-5 & 7-9 PM. Please wear a mask when visiting, and if you are feeling unwell sending virtual condolences is encouraged. A funeral service celebrating Lee's life will be held on Saturday morning at 10 AM at the funeral home. Father Paul Breczinski of St. Stephen Church in Kingsville will be officiating. Interment will follow at Oak Lawn Cemetery. in lieu of flowers,memorial donations in Lee's memory may be made to the American Kidney Foundation or the American Heart Association.
