Leon Adam Gensicki Sr.

Leon Adam Gensicki Sr. of Edgemere, MD passed away on Thursday, June 10, 2021. He was 84.  Born and raised in Edgemere, MD, he was the beloved son of the late Leo and Laura Gensicki, and the beloved husband of the late Patricia (Wisniewski) Gensicki.

He is survived by his children: Leon Gensicki Jr. (Lori Huffman), Theodore Gensicki (Bonny Gensicki), Valentina Gensicki (Lisa Wiederock), and three grandsons: Josh, Scott and Justin. 

After graduating from Sparrows Point high school, Leon went into the Navy.  He then worked 33 years at the Dundalk Post Office as a letter carrier before retiring. He was well known by anyone who went into Donovan’s bar in Edgemere.

Per Leon’s wishes, there will be no funeral nor formal memorial service.
