Lynn McTigue

Lynn Marie McTigue, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend, peacefully passed away on November 20, 2024. Lynn was born on February 3, 1947, in Maryland, and had a passion for traveling, family gatherings, and cherishing moments with her loved ones.

As a dedicated Navy veteran who served during the Vietnam War as Air Traffic Control, Lynn held a Bachelor's Degree in Geography and shared her knowledge with many during her time as a Trainer in the travel industry. Her loving nature and generous spirit touched the hearts of all who knew her.

Lynn was the beloved wife of the late Lt. John L. McTigue Jr. She is survived by her daughters Carol Williams and her husband James Williams Jr and Kathleen E. McTigue and her husband Christopher Wysocki, as well as her grandchildren Tayler Benton, Cameryn Williams, Eadion McTigue Duda and Avery McTigue Duda and great-grandchild Koen Benton, all of whom brought her immense joy. She also leaves behind her devoted sister Dorothy Zang, and numerous nieces and nephews who will cherish her memory forever.

Lynn found joy in giving gifts, celebrating holidays, playing games with family, relaxing by the pool, and supporting missions within her church community. Her kind-hearted nature and unwavering love will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.

A Memorial Gathering to honor Lynn's life will be held at Connelly Funeral Home of Dundalk, 7110 Sollers Point Road, on Tuesday, November 26, 2024, from 11:00 am-12:00pm, followed by a Memorial Service at noon.

In the embrace of cherished memories and the everlasting love she shared, Lynn Marie McTigue will forever hold a special place in the hearts of those who were touched by her grace and warmth. May she rest in eternal peace.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Lynn's name to Compassion International.
