On September 12, 2017, Marcine A. Nicely (nee Higgs), beloved wife of Robert Nicely Sr.; devoted mother to Robert Nicely Jr. and his wife Barbara, Shelly Marzocchi and her husband Tony, Tina Miller and her husband Bill, and Scott Nicely and his wife Michelle; loving grandmother to Amy Nicely-Nelson and her husband Matt, Tony Marzocchi and his wife Nicole, Billy Miller, Troy Marzocchi, Lauren Genco and her husband Mike, Jaidyn Nicely, and Cameron Nicely; caring great-grandmother to Khloe, Bryce, Klare, Eleanor, and Brooks; dear sister to the late Jennings, Sherman, Palma, Roseline, and Hoover.Family will receive visitors at the Connelly Funeral Home of Dundalk on Thursday from 3-5 & 7-9. A funeral service to celebrate Marcine's life will be held on Friday morning at 10 AM at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Gardens of Faith Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Foundation of America.
