Margaret Anne Wardrope

Wardrope, Peggy (Margaret) nee Boone, of Dundalk, (87) formerly of Joppatowne, MD and Youngstown, OH.  Departed this life on December 9, 2017.She is survived by her husband Roy Muir of  64.5 years. Sons, Thomas Walter and wife Sharon of Abingdon, MD, and Ronald Roy of Dundalk, MD. Peggy was born in Clarksburg WV. Her parents were the late George Marion Boone, Sr. and Augusta Marie Chapelle Boone. Peggy graduated from Dundalk High School in 1949. She was active at the Ataeze Senior Center in Dundalk, MD for many years. Peggy grew up on Holabird Avenue and moved back to Dundalk in 1979 and has enjoyed being home. She is also survived by grandchildren Thomas John, Gregory Scott and wife MacKenzie, Stephanie Nicole and 3 Great Grandchildren, Scarlett and Chaise Heflin, Adelaide Wardrope,  3 nieces, 2 nephews. Preceded in death by Brothers Jackson Walter, Thomas Joseph, George Marion, Jr.  Arrangements handled by Connelly Funeral Home of Dundalk. Interment in Oak Lawn Cemetery private.
