Mario J. Teresi Sr.

On Thursday, September 23, 2021, Mario J. Teresi, Sr. passed away peacefully at home. He was the beloved husband of Merle Y. Teresi (Kawecki) for 56 years; father of Maria N. Teresi, and Mario J. Teresi, Jr. and his wife Brandy; grandfather of Maria Lena, Gabriella Nicole, Mario III and Sierra. Mario served in the US Army and US Navy where he taught naval sea cadets to prepare for the US Naval Academy. He was a printer by trade, earned a black belt in the Japanese style of karate “Goju Ryu”, and was very proud to be an American and equally proud of his Sicilian heritage.

Family will receive visitors at the Connelly Funeral Home of Dundalk, 7110 Sollers Point Road, on Wednesday from 2-5 & 7-9 PM. Military honors will be held at 4 PM at the funeral home on Wednesday. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Leo the Great Catholic Church (Little Italy) on Thursday at 11 AM.
