Mary Astarita

Mary H. Astarita, a cherished wife, mother, and grandmother, peacefully passed away on April 2, 2024, at the age of 87 in Pylesville, MD. She will forever be remembered for her unwavering love and devotion to her family. Mary was born on May 10, 1936, in Texas, and dedicated her life to creating a warm and loving home for her family.

Mary will be deeply missed by her loving husband, John L. Astarita Sr., and her children, John Jr. and his wife Vicki, and Patricia "Patti" and her husband Greg Dietrich and the late Kathy. She is also survived by her grandchildren Rebecca Astarita, John Astarita and his wife Sarah, Alyssa Dietrich, and Megan Dietrich, as well as her great-grandchildren Logan, Maddy, Donnie, Ethan, and Leo.

In honor of Mary's life, the family will receive friends at the Connelly Funeral Home of Dundalk, 7110 Sollers Point Road, on Monday, April 8th from 2-4 & 6-8 pm. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 9th, 11:00 am, at the funeral home. Interment to follow at Holly Hill Memorial Gardens, 10201 Bird River Road, Middle River, MD 21220.
