Mary C. George

Mary George, known to many as "Gran”, passed away peacefully on March 4, 2019, at the age of 88 years.

     Mary will be lovingly remembered by her three sons Rick (Ginny), Chuck, and Steve (Chris); three grandchildren Meaghan (Jeff), Nick, and Tamara; great grandchild Mylah; and other loving relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her mother Alfaretta Laughery, step-father Milton Earle, and daughter-in-law Pati George.

     Mary lived in Dundalk, Maryland and she loved to spend time with her family and enjoyed cooking and gardening. Some of her favorite things were sharing delicious food and drinks like fried oysters and giant margaritas, cookouts with family, and cheering on her favorite baseball team, the Orioles. 

     A celebration of life will be held on Friday, March 8^th at Squires Restaurant (6723 Holabird Ave, Baltimore, MD 21222) from 6-10pm. Please come for any length of time you wish to join us for food, drinks, and to remember Mary.  

     In lieu of flowers, donations in Mary's memory may be made to the American Cancer Society.
