Mary Rita Kaczmarczyk

On December 7, 2020, Mary Rita passed peacefully at the age of 90 to be with Jesus and her family and friends in heaven.  She was the wife of the late Anthony Kaczmarczyk, devoted mother of Michael Kaczmarczyk, David Kaczmarczyk, Jackie Demski and her wife Renee.  Loving grandmother to Saundra Chavis and her spouse Pepi and Antoinette Parker and her spouse Matt.  Great grandmother to Riley Chavis, Isabella and Hunter Parker and Ali and Marissa whom she thought of as her adopted great granddaughters. Cherished sister of the predeceased Frank Kuhn, Pauline Hinzman, and Josephine Maurer and survived by several nieces and nephews.  

Mary Rita was a proud long-term resident of Dundalk, Maryland and recently a resident at Lighthouse Senior Living at Hopkins Creek.  She was a devout Catholic and was a member of St. Rita’s parish.  She was retired 35 years from the Federal Government. 

Back in the day, she was highly active and loved to meet the crew at McDonald’s for breakfast, go shopping, walk at least a mile to the Dundalk  Historic Center, spend time at the Heritage Senior Center, and eat meals out.  She was kind and caring and always a support to her family and friends.  Her most favorite thing to do was spend time with her family.
