Melissa A. Leicht

On Friday, March 19th, 2021, Melissa Leicht, mother of one, passed away at the age of 50.

Melissa was born on June 24th, 1970 in Baltimore, Maryland to Russell Misterka and Mary (Brosh) Vincer. She graduated from Dundalk High School in 1989 and was married to her ex-husband, Wray Leicht, in 1995. They raised one son, Noah.

Melissa was selfless, compassionate, and loved by all. She loved her family and friends, working at Gabe's, and considered her coworkers her second family. On her days off she enjoyed hanging out with her cousins and friends, and she would light up any room that she walked in, and made everyone smile.

Melissa was preceded in death by father Larry Vincer, grandparents John and Grace Brosh, Frank and Peggy Vincer, Frank and Lorraine Vain, and Alfred Misterka. She is survived by her parents  Russell Misterka and Mary (Brosh) Vincer, son Noah Leicht, daughter-in-law Lauren Leicht, and granddaughter Denver Leicht. Sister Heather Ridgely, her husband Brian Ridgely, nephew Brandon Ridgely, and nieces Jessica and Tiffany Ridgely, along with numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

The family will receive friends at the Connelly Funeral Home of Dundalk, 7110 Sollers Point Rd. on Wednesday from 3-5 & 7-9 pm. A funeral service for Melissa will be held Wednesday evening at 8 pm.
