Nicoletta Roros

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Nicoletta Roros, a cherished wife, mother, and grandmother. Nicoletta, born on December 19, 1940, in Greece, peacefully departed from this world on January 21, 2024. She was the devoted wife of the late George Roros and the loving mother of Basilios Roros and his wife Mary, Nicholas Roros, and John Roros. Nicoletta was also a beloved grandmother to Georgios, Dimitri, Andreanna, Elizabeth, Andrew, and the late Nickoletta Roros.

Nicoletta demonstrated an abundance of love as a dedicated housewife, making her home a place of warmth and comfort. Her commitment to family and her unwavering support were testament to her loving nature and the backbone of her household.

To honor her memory and pay respects, a public viewing will be held at Connelly Funeral Home of Dundalk, located at 7110 Sollers Point Road, on Tuesday, January 30, 2024, from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm. During the public viewing, a Trisagion Service will take place at 6:45 pm, to commemorate Nicoletta's life.

A funeral service celebrating Nicoletta's life will be held on Wednesday, January 31, 2024, at 10:00 am at St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church, located at 520 Ponca Street. This sacred mass will offer solace and provide an opportunity for family, friends, and community members to come together in remembrance and support. Following the funeral service, Nicoletta will be laid to rest at Oak Lawn Cemetery, into the peaceful embrace of eternity.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church and St. Mary Magdalene & Markella Greek Orthodox Church, located at 3716 Dublin Road, Darlington, Maryland, 21034. These donations will contribute to preserving Nicoletta's love for her faith and supporting the spiritual community that meant so much to her.

Nicoletta Roros will forever be remembered as a woman of extraordinary kindness, unwavering devotion, and boundless love. Her legacy will live on through the lives she touched and the memories she created. Though she may be physically absent, her spirit will continue to guide and inspire all lucky enough to have known her.
