On May 17, 2021, Oma M.Rowe, mother of Samuel Penland and wife Valerie, Terry Penland, Maria Georgas an husband George, grandmother of Adam Penland, Pamela Watson, Andrew Penland, Savas Georgas and wife Kyra great grandmother of Amaya, Averi Anna, Aliya, Josiah, Nektaria and Constantina, sister of Gerald Hall, Penny Greer, Richard Hall, Randy Hall, Doug Hall and D.K. Hall. Mrs. Rowe was preceded in death by her siblings, the late Donald Hall, Corrine Blevins, Robert Hall, Willard Hall, Herald Hall and Peggy Myers. Visitation with family will be on Thursday 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the CONNELLY FUNERAL HOME of DUNDALK 7110 Sollers Point Road. A funeral service will be held on Friday at 10:00 AM at the funeral home. Interment will follow at the Oak Lawn Cemetery.
