Peggy Jane Davis

Peggy J Davis (nee DuVal), of Baltimore, passed away peacefully at Bayview Hospital on the afternoon of October 18, 2017. She was 76 years of age. Daughter of the late Brice Joseph DuVal and Evelyn Dorothy Weidie, Peggy is predeceased by her husband, James Davis. She is survived by her daughters, Peggy Hayes, and Sharon Weed; Son-in-Law James Hayes; grandchildren Dawn DiQuattro and husband Jon, Michael Knapp, David Peterson, Brian Knapp and wife Rana, Julie Fleagle and husband Jeb, Kristen Kirchoff, and 7 great grandchildren. Sister of Mary Orr, Pat DuVal, predeceased by brother Gilbert Duval. Loving aunt to a number of nieces and nephews. Peggy loved her family, bowling, painting, crocheting, walking, and working at her church. She contributed to St. Jude on a regular basis, as she enjoyed helping others in need. Peggy will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Relatives and friends are invited to gather at Connelly Funeral Home of Dundalk, 7110 Sollers Point Rd, Dundalk, MD 21222 on Sunday, October 22, from 2pm to 6pm. A funeral service will be held on Monday at 11 am, also at Connelly Funeral Home. Interment will be a separate, private ceremony. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to St. Jude Children Center.
