Philip P. Weber

Surrounded by his family Philip quietly passed away after a brief illness. Born in Baltimore City, he was the youngest of four siblings and the only boy. He attended Sacred Heart of Mary School in Dundalk, Baltimore Polytechnic Institute, and The University of Baltimore. He served proudly in the US Marine Corps. Philip worked at Bethlehem Steel Corporation as a draftsman before transitioning to Westinghouse as a Human Resource manager. He continued to work for Northrop Grumman after they acquired Westinghouse. After retirement from the corporate world, he worked at The Calvert School on special assignments.

Philip married the late Victoria (Lopez) in 1961. He is survived by his daughters Lisa and husband Bill Castaneda, Angela and husband Andrew Fabula. Five loving grandchildren Anthony and his wife Brandi Castaneda, Allison and her husband Brady Brown, Alexandra Fabula, Nicholas Fabula and Natalie Fabula. Two great grandchildren Remington Castaneda and Nathaniel Brown. He is also survived by many family members, all who will miss him. He was predeceased by his parents Peter and Michelena Weber, sisters Charlotte Weber, Florence Boyer and Lillian Germeroth.

Philip was a long time resident of Dundalk and actively involved with St Rita Church in the 1970’s. He later moved to Timonium, MD and finally to Centreville, MD. Puttering around in his garden was a favorite pastime. He and Victoria loved to travel and enjoyed an impressive 25 cruises. But most of all he enjoyed spending time with his family.

Family will receive visitors for a memorial gathering at Connelly Funeral Home of Dundalk, 7110 Sollers Point Rd on Monday, June 9, 2025 from 3-5 & 7-9 PM. A memorial mass celebrating his life will be held at St. Rita Church on Tuesday, June 10, 2025 at 10am followed with a graveside blessing at Gardens of Faith in Rosedale, MD. In lieu of flowers, a donation to St. Rita Church, Dundalk MD or your charity of choice in his name would be greatly appreciated.
