On August 28, 2018, Richard John Jackson, Sr. Beloved husband to Shirley Binko. Devoted father to Theresa Zenich, Shelley Lewis, Kathleen Peacock and Richard J. "Rick" Jackson II. Cherished step-father to Leah and Michael Binko. Richard is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, 6 sisters and 2 brothers. The family will receive friends at the Connelly Funeral Home of Dundalk, 7110 Sollers Point Rd. on Sunday from 12-4 pm. A service to celebrate Richard's life will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday at 11:00 am. Interment will follow the service at Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery, 11501 Garrison Forest Rd, Owings Mills, MD 21117.
