Robert "Bob" Gordon Jr.

Robert "Bob" Gordon, Jr passed away peacefully on December 15, 2021.  He was the eldest son of Virginia Clark Gordon and the late Robert Gordon, Sr. Bob is survived by his daughter Adrianne Gordon and daughter-in-law Jen Harris of Asheville, North Carolina and daughter Ruth VanPetten and son-in-law Karl VanPetten of Sultan, Washington. He is also survived by granddaughters August Gordon, Isabelle VanPetten, and Emaline VanPetten, his brother Tim Gordon, sister-in-law Charlene Gordon, niece Jennifer Dolber, and great-nephews Reese Dolber and Ryder Litterine as well as several cousins. 

 

Bob was born and raised in Dundalk and was a graduate of Dundalk High School. He attended St. Joseph's College in Rensselaer, Indiana and lived briefly in Massachusetts before returning home to Baltimore. Bob was a proud Eagle Scout, enjoyed traveling to Atlantic City and Las Vegas, and spending time in his swimming pool. 

 

A memorial service for Bob will be held Saturday, February 5th at 11 am at Dundalk Church of God. The family will receive friends in the Fellowship Hall following the service.
