It is with great sadness that we share the passing of Russell "Russ" Parker, age 69, from cardiac arrest.

Russ was preceded in death by his parents Russell and Betty Parker, brothers Bill and Frank Parker. He is survived by his sister Reece (Mike) Kessler, sister Bessie (Jeff) Williams, brother Tommy Parker, nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and his little buddy Nevaeh.

The family will receive visitors at the Connelly Funeral Home of Dundalk on Sunday, January 21 from 1:00 to 3:00 with a memorial service starting at 2:30.
