On September 14, 2017 Ruth Alice Roach (nee Welling), proceeded in death by her beloved husband Frank J. Roach Jr., devoted mother of Deborah Seals, Ruth Jones, Donna Krawczyk, Frank J. Roach III, Michael Roach and James Roach, grandmother to Derek Roach, Ryan Jones, Brittany Burke, James J. Roach Jr., Nick Roach; Great grandmother to Ryan Jones Jr., Andrew Jones and Derek W. Roach.Family will receive visitors at the Connelly Funeral Home of Dundalk on Monday from 10AM to 12 noon. A graveside service to celebrate Ruth's life will follow visitation at Oak Lawn Cemetery.
