Stephen M. Owens

          On September 26, 2019, Stephen M. Owens, husband of Charlotte Owens, father of Matthew M. Owens and wife Marie and Gail D. Marks and husband Brandon, grandfather of Eli and Aley, brother of William E. Owens and wife Marlene, Alice Johnson, Diane Kowell and husband Michael, the late June Warren, the late Karen Stalling and the late Michael Owens. Mr. Owens is additionally survived by a host of loving nieces, nephews, family and friends.

          The family will receive visitors at the CONNELLY FUNERAL HOME OF DUNDALK, 7110 Sollers Point Road on Monday 3 to 5 PM and 7 to 9 PM.
