Walter "Walt" McKelvin Jr.

Born November 9th, 1936. A loving husband, a devoted father, grandfather and great grandfather.

Walt was a United States Marine Corps Veteran. He worked at Bethlehem Steel Shipyard as a HR Assistant Manager until his retirement. In his down time, he loved vacationing at Walt Disney World and in the casinos of Atlantic City, New Jersey. As an avid Baltimore Orioles and Baltimore Ravens fan, Walt would never miss a game. Never missing an opportunity, he loved telling his favorite jokes and stories to anyone who would listen. Walt enjoyed his Saturday night dinners and card games with his family. Everyone who met Walt knew of his huge, kind and loving heart. He is survived by his wife, Kimberly, two daughters, Helena Papas and Patricia Burns and grandson, Michael McKelvin Jr, 5 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, and many other close family and friends. Walt was predeceased by his loving wife of fifty four years, Patricia and two sons, Michael Sr and Walter the 3rd.

Family will receive visitors at the Connelly Funeral Home of Dundalk on Saturday from 2-5 PM. Burial will take place at Baltimore National Cemetery at a later date.
