William Thomas Bauman

On July 26, 2022 William Thomas Bauman Sr. beloved husband of Joan Bauman Nee Bell; devoted father of Debra Akers (Husband Mike), William Bauman Jr. (Wife Wendy), and Steven Bauman (Girlfriend Mandy) passed away at 7:58pm at Bayview Hospital. Cherished grandfather to Michael Akers Jr., Laurie Bota, Amanda Bauman, Courtney Bauman, Matthew Bauman. Loving great-grandfather to Aiden and Kaylee Bota, Leighton and Dylan Akers, and Beckham and Jack Nadolny.

He was born in New Kensington, Pennsylvania and moved to Dundalk in 1954. He worked at Bethlehem Steel for 46 years retiring in 2000 and owned Northshire Electric since 1965. He enjoyed all sporting activities especially softball, and baseball. He enjoyed spending all of his free time with his friends and family, especially playing and joking with his grandkids and great-grandkids.

Family will receive visitors at the Connelly Funeral Home of Dundalk, 7110 Sollers Point Road, on Monday, August 1st from 10:30am-12:30pm with a funeral service immediately following the viewing. Interment will follow at Gardens of Faith Memorial Gardens, 5598 Trumps Mill Road, Baltimore, MD 21206.
