William Wujek

William Joseph Wujek passed away on May 5, 2024. Born on May 10, 1954 to the late Frances and Walter Wujek, he was raised in Dundalk, MD (Gray Manor).

As a kid he played catcher in little league baseball and bowled. He went on to graduate from Patapsco Senior High in 1972, where he played soccer and clarinet in the band.

He was an avid fan of all sports but especially the Orioles, Ravens, hockey, and minor league baseball. He took many trips with friends to attend out of town games. He coached 9-10 basketball for Bear Creek Recreation Council for a few years. Bill enjoyed playing golf video games and anything to do with statistics.

William is survived by sister Susan Forsyth, brother-in-law Bob Forsyth, nephew Rob Forsyth and his wife Alex, and niece Kellie Simard and her husband Grant Simard.

A Memorial Gathering will be held Saturday, June 29th from 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm at Connelly Funeral Home of Dundalk, 7110 Sollers Point Road, Dundalk MD 21222.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the Rett Syndrome Research Trust, a charity that holds special significance for the family.
